Shipping:  Flags are shipped with in 1-5 days from our U.S. facility using Fedex, USPS or UPS. Shipping is FREE!

Guarantee:  Your RIVALS Flag® is a high-quality product that will arrive in excellent condition.  If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with  your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price. 

Be sure to return your item in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.  We suggest that you use UPS or USPS Priority for your return, and request a tracking number.  We will credit the account originally charged within 10 days from receipt of the return.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
